Miss Diagnosis
Too ofter doctors get an iMCD diagnosis wrong. They either miss, or misdiagnose it as something else. The problem is that it’s easy to mistake iMCD for other diseases. Plus, doctors don’t know the symptoms or what they need to do to diagnose it.
To raise awareness of iMCD we created the Miss Diagnosis campaign. She is a social media personality that gets EVERYTHING wrong. But by her getting everything wrong, we highlight why it’s so important to get an iMCD diagnosis right.
The Miss Diagnosis campaign ran in conjunction with a Disease State Education focused campaign: KnowiMCD. Everything drove to a site where both HCPs and the public could learn about iMCD.

KnowiMCD
KnowiMCD is the DSE side of the campaign. Banner ads, social media, and emails all drove to KnowiMCD.com where both patients and HCPs could learn more about the disease.

EUSA Pharma: Raise awareness and educate
iMCD (idiopathic multi-centric Castleman disease) is very rare and difficult to diagnose. Most people have never heard of it and most doctors don’t know much about it. Because of this, patients often go years before a correct diagnosis of iMCD is confirmed.
This was a two-part campaign to raise awareness and educate both HCPs and the public.
